Mr. Ahmed Al Tany - CEO

Mr. Ahmed, with 38 years of expertise is the driving force behind the Al Madhakil Group (INCOME), and prior to establishing INCOME,  Ahmed started his career with SAUDI ARAMCO before progressing his career with Petromin.

Ahmed has studied in the United States of America as a specialist in aircraft and systems of electronic navigation and communications systems, for the use and application of systems for both Military and modern communication.

Having successfully mastered Aviation and helicopter technologies.  Ahmed then progressed into the field of ground based communications for search and design of solutions to overcome many problem with reliability in the communication arena to overcome problems with the development program for the Saudi Arabian National Guard, on a project led by a U.S. Company.

Mr. Ziad Al Nazhan - GM

Mr. Ziad has 8 years of experience in the field of conferences, celebrations and information technology

He studied at the College of Communications and began his career in establishing the Event Light Foundation to organize celebrations, and conferences and managed a successful partner for Spirit Company

Experience in the field of audio and visual systems.Experience in the field of decoration processing, lighting and sound  systems.

Currently Employee in charge of the Information Technology Services Department at the Ministry of Investment of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Salman K. Arafeen - Project Manager

Mr. Salman has completed his MBA from the University of Wales, UK majoring in International Business.

With over 6 years of experience in Project Management Salman has worked with SAUDI ARAMCO, Saudi Railway, NEOM and many other high profile projects while working as the B2B Country Project Manager for IKEA Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.

 He also was part of the Saudi FTTH Telecommunication Project in association with STC, Mobily and Zain.

His experience in Fleet Management and also in Purchasing and Logistics allowed him to execute his projects efficiently for our local and International Vendors.
